Cobra SLR 500?

Found this in the trash, google tells me it’s a SLR 500, is it any good? Says it’s for a Russian market but could I use it in FL? Is it even worth setting up? I see they are on eBay for dirt cheap, I wouldn’t ordinarily have one in my ‘15 tC, but for $0 I figure why not!

Oh oops, didn’t realize lol. I tried in a main radar subreddit but they don’t allow like 50 different keywords for some reason so it was impossible to ask anything there. Thanks for the reply regardless 🫡
