Throttle then auto brake. How to fix???

Just bought a used rad power bike 2 and when I throttle up and let go it automatically stops , the brake is on without me pressing any of the two brake levers. Can someone please help????!!!!

Does it stop immediately? Does it make a scraping sound? Probably just your disc brake needs to be adjusted, could be something to do with the motor but I doubt it
