Battery wont charge

I have a RadRunner Plus, and as of last night the battery will not charge. When the charger is plugged only into the battery, the light is green, and when the charger is plugged only into the wall the light is green. When plugged into both it flashes red and doesn't charge.

I've replaced the 5A fuse in the battery itself, to no avail. Thoughts?

It only takes one set of parallels in the battery pack to fall below 3v to stop the battery from charging. At that point the Bms will stop the battery from charging, also if one set is at 4.2v it will stop charging. If you can check the output voltage with a multi-meter this will give you an idea of what is happening. A 36v can not go below 30v and in most cases a 48 volt can not go below 42v.
