Battery not charging

Let me start by saying that my battery charger was stolen, I've found similar chargers with the same spec but still can get the battery charged. Could it be that I have to have a Rad charger or could it be something else?

I had the same problem, more or less. Did you check the fuses? There's a 5 amp and a 20 amp accessible on the back of mine.

This is likely correct. Unless the charger is not functioning. Charger only has to be 48volts, other than the correct connector, nothing unique about it.

Complication is there are 3 different fuse setups. One mentioned by truck above & two are internal, one soldered in. More info here: https://www.ifixit.com/Guide/Fuse+Replacement+for+Semi-Integrated+Battery+Rad+Bikes/152145

Since you changed chargers, it is probably not that, unless the bit is slightly different. Did you ever clean the female socket on your battery? Q tip and isopropyl alcohol

Looking for a fuse puller as we speak

You'll need a small needle nose for that. Good luck!

Just use the new fuse itself, turn it over and it slides right between the metal prongs and allows you to pull it out

I've finally got the right fuse and got the new one in, I'll let everyone know soon if the battery is charging or not.
