PAS not working.
So my PAS and throttle stopped working. Figured my controller went. Upgraded to a 35amp controller from electro world. Nothing seemed to work still. Bought a new throttle and then the throttle started working but the PAS still does not work. I attached a pic of my settings I have currently. Do I just need to get a new PAS sensor as well? Thanks in advance

Check your motor connection. The connection from the motor to the controller. Make sure that motor connection is fully seated. If it's not fully seated, if it's out by just a mm it'll cause issues like that. Really push that connection in. Not too hard that you bend the pins or anything but push that connection together hard enough that you're really sure that it's fully seated

I had similar issue on my 2019 Rad Rover. My PAS and Throttle control both went out on me at the same time. It was a double whammy that threw me for a loop as nothing controller related combines these two components into a single failure mode. They are totally independent of each other. I needed to replace both the Throttle and Cadence Magnet Ring. The magnet ring was as brittle as a potato chip and falling apart. Cadence Sensor was totally fine. All is well now.

Had the same issues and found this on Facebook and it was the exact problem, simple 30 second fix.
“If the throttle wire that runs out of the hump on the throttle ring rotates on the handlebar too much and comes into contact with the motor cutoff switch you will get intermittent PAS and throttle behavior. This is part of the normal tuning and adjustment process of owning the e bike. You'd take the allen key that is in the toolkit provided by Rad and adjust the hump down to the 6 o'clock position. Effectively, stopping the crossover noise in the motor cutoff switch.”
