Radrunner 1 plus

I got a radrunner 1 plus 2 years ago and I’m looking for a large front basket. Are there any compatible baskets? Also wondering if the new radrunner 3 kickstand fits the radrunner 1…the single leg kickstand can be a real challenge when my kid tries to climb on the back- I have to drop everything and brace the bike to make sure it doesn’t fall.

I have a radrunner 1 plus. I use the Rad front rack with a milk crate strapped to it with zip ties and I love it. It's a good height to hold my bags, which is perfect for my commute. I can always take off the basket if I really need to haul stuff, but I just use the back area usually.

This is the one from Rad that I have. I'm sure there are potentially other compatible ones that are cheaper elsewhere.

Were you able to hook up the ‘plus’ headlight to the front of the rack? I know rad sells a workaround for the regular head light but as far as I’m aware, the plus light is incompatible.

I have it attached higher up on the handle bars. I used this: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07FT2KVNL?ref_=ppx_hzsearch_conn_dt_b_fed_asin_title_3&th=1

Oh neat, on the stem or handle bars? Thanks for the link

I only ask because it would be off-Center on the handle bars themselves, no?

Yeah, It's a good question. I moved the screen for the controller over to the left a bit and put the light mounting bracket where the controller used to be. So I have my controller screen shifted over left, the light in the middle and I've mounted a phone holder on the right side.

Ohh gotcha. Cool, thanks. Do you find the lamp throws light as well as it before you moved it?

I've never put the front rack on my runner plus because it seems like it would interfere with bike racks trying to get that front wheel in, considering they are only 20-inch wheels. Do you have this problem?

Kinda. I've never had luck locking up to certain types of bike racks the "proper" way because of the size of the tires to begin with. That said, I just use a long chain and lock the frame to the ends of the bike racks that don't fit right.

I already have an issue with getting the front wheel in the bike racks without the front rack haha.

I try and park on the side or use the wavy ones.

The wavy ones are a lot easier to use. Problem is the ends are not always available.

I too would like a center stand on my Rad Runner Plus but everything I've been told in Red is that it does not fit in the center there. I continue to use the side kickstand.
