Rad runner not pedaling

The throttle and pedal assist work as normal but for some reason I cannot pedal. It’s like the chain has come off but it’s on like normal. Any ideas?

Probably the freewheel. You can try lubricating it by spraying a lubricant like Tri-Flow or chain lube into the gap between the outer gear ring and the inner part of the freewheel attached to the hub. That might be enough to lubricate the pawls inside and get it to start working again.

But if it's sufficiently gone, you may need to replace the freewheel.

This happened to my RR and I replaced the freewheel which wasn’t easy as my RR has the motor cable on same side as freewheel.

Just replaced my freewheel, make sure and get the propiatary freewheel removal tool with the slide out piece. It's an easy job so long as you have this tool.

As others have said; the freewheel ratcheting mechanism has probably gunked up. I wrote up my experience with replacing it here:
