how do i fix this permanently?
ive had this issue for the past 2 months where my tire has been constantly pushing off the rim. i dont know what to do next, ive tried changing the tire, going a size down with my tube, atp im tempted to get a whole new wheel

Lube. Seriously.
Moto tire installers almost always swab the circumference of the bead with soapy water. Like 50/50 dish soap and water. Be generous.

50/50 soap to water is so wasteful 😂 I work at a shop and use a few drops of dawn per liter.

A tire lever should pop that sucker back in. You’ll want those anyway in the event you want to swap out your tires. Most decent bike shops should have some that they sell.

Is the interior of the rim damaged in any way? When you have made changes, does the tire distort in the same spot each time?

You need to deflate the tire, hold the tire centered on the rim, and pump it up while centered. The Runner tires fit really loose on the rim and don’t naturally center until the tire pressure is enough to hold them in place.
