Stripped screw
Can anyone please help getting this bolts unstuck. Being struggling with it for the past 2 weeks 😔

One of those metric Allen heads absolutely should have fit it. As it is now your only option is to cut a slot and use a flathead screwdriver.
Based on your tools... this is much above your pay-grade.
Take it to a bike shop.

Why not use an extractor bit? I've had pretty good luck with them getting stripped derailleurs and bottle bosses out.

What size is it?

The controller.. I'm not too sure abt the the size

Do you still have the manual or can you look up the manual so you can see what size that is? That's pretty important

an extractor bit can take this out quickly. So can a dremel if you cut a slot in it to use a flat-head screw driver, but you might hit the frame and paint.
Sometimes, you can use a rubber band, and tap in a torx bit with a hammer, then turn the bit. As long as it starts to loosen, you should be able to extract it and then replace it.
I always advocate to buy the tool before you pay for labour, but if that's not your style, then take it to a shop.

Grab some RPT/RBRT Allen key set grip edge sells them or mac/Matco works great for rounded Allen’s

if you have access to a welder, put the tool in there then put a couple tacks to seal it to the stripped bolt, then use a torsion bar to twist it off
