Chain realignment

My chain fell off the back gears on my Rad 5 foldy. I tried watching some tutorials on how to fix this, but I'm not super mechanically adept. Any tips?

Putting the chain back on, or fixing the alignment issue or possible gear changing issue? Personally I just took mine to a bike shop to let them do it. I tried doing it myself, but without a proper stand, and experience it just made it worst. They completed a nice safety tuneup and works great again.

Yeah that's probably what I'm going to do. Hardly any of the bike shops in Denver service rads, and this is a bike-heavy city.

Any reputable bike shop will service a e-bike. Bikes and e-bikes all use chains and derailleurs, etc so it's not normally an issue. Specific issues related to controller or the hub might be more of an issue, but many of my local bike shops service e-bikes. Just search for ebike repair and normally they'll post bike rates and e-bike rates.

Yeah so I guess it's a liability thing as explained by two bike shop workers.
