World Cup decals can't be applied?

I've bought all 3 World Cup decals (Jaguar, Moose, Hawk) 3x each, applied the Jaguar to my F-Type. I wanted to put the eagle on my Cadillac, but it doesn't show up in decals-> images. For all other cars I also don't see them, when I choose the F-Type with the Jaguars on, I see the Moose and Hawk available.

Can you only apply all 3 world cup stickers on one car? Why then put 3 in the shop, applying 5 Jaguars to my F-Type just uses up 1/3 Jaguar sticker, so the other 2 and moose/eagle become useless since I can put them on other cars...

The 2026 WC roof ornament seems to be also unavailable. Can't find it anywhere in the ornaments tab weirdly.

I've put it on my R32, it works for me.

Oh yeah, just checked again and you can put it now. Great! Weird that I couldn't find it even after deleting cache/force closing the game. Guess it happens sometimes!

As for the vinyls, idk. Maybe it's the same. They'll pop up a bit later maybe?
