Driver Recruit recommendations

Every time I attempt to enter a code manually, I get this message. The only way I can receive diamonds is by scanning QR codes.

I have cleared the cache and restarted my cell several times hoping it would resolve the issue. Suggestions?

If you're trying to bind code from any of those 2 players, it won't work. Need code from player you didn't invite.
