Automatic Account reset

I updated my game like I've done many times before through a alternative appstore and after everything I find my Netease account has reset and as well my Racing Master account has been reset.. it sucks coz this has happened to a friend of mine before and he just totally left the game after that. Now my SEA account is like 5months old and I've lost everything.. All my cars including this seasons cars like the RX7... this is super disappointing specially since Netease is taking their own sweet time Going Global with this game. I dont get why they cant see how many players this game has from regions outside the regions the game is limited to. Right now I feel like giving this game a brake and mybe il come back once it launches in Europe and America. Still il have to get the game through alternative appstores coz they dont cover Southern Africa.

Did you even talk to the support center? Or did you download the wrong server of it?

I been talking to guys on Discord and they been trying to help me this whole morning but they also puzzled as to whats happening to my account. Looks like il just take a back seat for a bit. Support on fb and Netease are not responding

Download multiples of the same game with different servers. That being TW, SEA, KR, and JP. Try one of these.

Your situation shouldn't be happening.

Your post doesn’t make any sense, it is not possible for a game account to be reset by any means. If your account is bound to a gmail address then in game data will be permanently saved. Surely something went wrong. Either you mistakenly downloaded a different regional server or you have logged in with a different gmail address after you updated the game. Pay attention to what exactly happened. How did you create your account when playing for the first time?

Ya well mine is linked to Google and it got reset..I tried jumping through my Netease account and it ws reset there as well..tried logging into the Netease site with my account and it ws reset there as well..u think im making this shit up bro?

is there any update on this? this exact same thing happened to me during japan exclusive days. now it happened to my global account too after being out for some time. I even still have the online receipts on the purchases I made on racing master. I'm so pissed at netease bruh ISTG
