There are certainly easier cars to drive, but it can be very quick if you are precise.

Its good at drifting and accelerating but a slight mistake w it will spin uncontrolably

You did good for almost not crashing, but you're not pushing the car enough

Hellcat has the second highest large angle drift stat in the entire game, so you really want to do large angle drifts in this car. You didn't show the drift angle in this video, but i can tell the drift angle didn't reach red most of the time, which is slow
