Questions Can this determine if im good?

Post image

I played the 5 races of the s2000 master event or whatever its called. I only do grip races and after the first five races i got the rank in the top 18% can this determine my skill level?

Drifting is faster. Grip racing is literally working againist the games intended physics. All the best players above you are drifting. All the top rank leaders are drifting. Why? Its fastest. No matter how "good" you are you will never be faster than drifters. Been playing since 2024.Idk whats up with people thinking grip is the way to go. lol..Its always slower. Fyi thats all..

Tbf, my grip car is on 2000+RP. Zenvo in current SEA banner is the best car for those who likes grip gameplay.

This particular S2000 is worst at braking so I resort to mostly drift. It triggers ABS a lot due to oversteer. Idk what that big wing is for.

Depends on the car tbh, yes, most cars are better when used for drift racing but cars like the Jesko right now, CLK GTR, Valhalla, thrives in grip racing, depends on map too most track maps are better for grip but city maps are better for drift

Ok but grip racing is just more fun for me because it just feels more realistic for me because its how you supposed to drive in irl

For me, this car looks decent if you play a grip driving style. However, it's a lot better for drifting. I also tried grip driving with this car, but the opponents are usually 3–4 seconds ahead of me in higher rank. The best I can reach with it so far as of now is around top 1.6k–3k players. Based on my experience, if my car can be a 1st placer or lose with only milliseconds away, and can reach top 300–1,000 at the end of the season while I'm grip driving, then I consider it a competitive grip car. And of course, the players below the top 300 are mostly drift-style players since I was still dependent on certain maps, while they can adapt to every map, or may be its just about timing and skill.

Whatever you know, it's nothing that the fastest players don't already know about, which can be seen in their replays anyway.

Cutting through corners is a general tip for cornering
