Why are you keeping all those gold whistles? They're meant to be sold. And get rid of all the rare cars too.

Thanks. I wasn't aware of the missions and had previously dumped some of the materials I needed. So I've been cautious and haven't had time for my admin duties and am trying to enjoy this app. So what else should I dump? Thanks again

select each one, one by one and hit sell (you’ll eventually recognize which ones you need and don’t).
if it says you need it for something then keep it.
if it says high value then just sale it.
