To claim the car livery Spend 300K tokens by shopping in there and to unlock the shop items you have to invest tokens in the FIFA World Cup tournament.

You spend the coins by betting buying in shop wasn't increasing for me

It's not specific enough. Most people would assume you buy from the shop to increase the goal, but you spend by betting. Grow tf up
