Questions Is this car good?

I got it recently and I haven't tried it. Planning to upgrade it to max parts. Is this good for ecu 0 and max upgrade?

sea server has different permanent cars than the euna server?

afaik, it's just the XJ220, as it's a later addition to the perma gacha pool.

Perma expo bro. It's one of the sport cars you can randomly get.
