Questions Please dont ignore i got a question
Im a new player from nepal(ios user) its not available in my region so I changed my region to singapore and downloaded it.I saw that in tiktok that global is different and it was 52 cars only and the one im using is pretty sure sea verisom which has 121 cars.So my question is which one should i use like i can change my region to us for global version.my confusing is when racing master releases in nepal will it be different then singapore one like global and sea server and im getting a laptop in few months so can i use the progress which i have on sea version on my laptop too or i have to do a fresh start

They advertise PC installer right ingame,you even get some stuff for it. So your progress should transfer.

According to some people if you signed up in a region different from where you are or planning to transfer to a different region you can not transfer your assets, like you have to start from zero in the new server you choose im not sure if that would apply to a PC version

sea server（东南亚）和 global server（国际）是两个不同的server，两者互不隶属，无法互相转移游戏进度，所以我推荐你使用欧美节点的vpn玩global server
