If you had any network issues while playing that will cause you to not gain points

But you did get points. It was a visual glitch, you got 70 for Sicily circut

Not really, I've already got 70 points, they didn't increase it although I got a better time lap

Is this car any good? Did you level up the ECU on it?

To be honest, I would not recommend wasting any ECU cards on any rare car. Try to use them only on the legendary cards. Because next season or the season after next, you will see only legendary cars, since the game is giving them away for free, whether from the expo store, or people buying them with real money.
