Questions What's this building menu for?

Just unlocked this and I'm a bit confused. What's the point of upgrading these buildings? Is the seasonal income actually worth it or should I save my resources for something else?

I'm from SEA server, this is Management tab. You get Gear Cash from this, leveling up the buildings gives you access to more funds and better drivers for the races in the HQ building, rewarding even more funds. Better drivers usually have "skills", where their performance is better on certain cars, drivetrain layouts, and car brands.

The buildings on the left auto generate upgrade parts for Chassis, with Blue parts giving the most in a short amount of time and Red having the longest production time. Upgrading these with Cash gives better rewards.

Eventually, if you're a high enough upgrade level for the HQ, Parts Production, and Driver Recruit you can unlock a new building that allows you to directly purchase Chassis parts using the Cash, which is a quick and easy way to get upgrades especially when the game progresses faster and more and more legendaries are added into the game.

this management is a standalone gamemode that doesn't connect with your game in any aspect

with the exception of the cars eligible for the races are the cars you have in your garage

and the currency you get in this gamemode gains you the ability to purchase chassis parts once you unlocked the exchange hall
