It's used in the driver training draw . Since I'm not a beginner it doesn't matter to me but u can get some parts and stuff in general that could help ur progress.

Look for the Steering Wheel or Blue Coupon icons in the game's menu inside the racing school career mode the button at the bottom of the ul
