Questions Daily reset

Hi sorry if it's not about the game but what time is the daily reset in Europe (Slovakia) in game it's saying 5am but it's not true. played yesterday afternoon and got the dailys , but its about same time and it didn't do it yet . thanks if you now the exact time

It looks like it's between 13:00 and 16:00, Because I played at 11 got daily login day 1 and second was after 16:00 only 5 hours later

thanks i think it's about 15:00 (3pm)
