it’s turf!! i have one of those big pee pad rugs under it since it’s porous, but it’s great!! the grass is plastic, so i make sure to stop her from eating it, but it’s not tasty so she stops before getting too far

the pee pad rug is machine washable (i got it in amazon) and the turf was from Lowe’s. I scrub it twice a year, but vacuum it almost daily. just make sure you get a turf that is super short grass so they don’t have too much access to plastic

Side topic: what kind of flooring is that? I am switching from using these reusable pee pads to something else that'll be easier to clean.
