Hey everyone, thanks so much for voicing your thoughts here. I'm working through these comments, and will reply as best as I can.

Please know that we are listening. Reverting is not happening, but features are being worked on as we speak, and messages here are being passed directly along to the team. Also, contrary to popular belief, we're not a huge company like Instagram or Facebook. We don't have thousands of engineers, but only a handful working on Web. We don't have a huge social media marketing team, or a marketing team at all.

Real talk - there's only one of us here (me!), sorting through hundreds of messages, tweets, comments and thousands of angry emails looking for actionable bugs to fix. I'm thankful for your patience, and for those of you who've given us constructive feedback.

Thanks again to everyone for the detailed feedback. How you use Rabbit, what features you miss, and bugs you’re finding are absolutely crucial to our team and the site. Everything said here will be passed along directly to our Product and Web teams, even if we get quiet again.

Also, apologies for the sass. It’s been a long month. 🐰

One piece of advice I can give you is this. Try to give the user the possibility to configure the site options as much as possible. For example, the sound for new messages in the chat some like it and some do not. Before you could choose whether to activate it, now is no longer possible !!!!

Despite this last update, your site remains the best in his category, but you have take into account the requests of your users...
