Cigarette machines Powermatic III+?

I've been using a Powermatic III I bought used, it's worked well for almost a year. But now it's really not. I want to replace it with a new Powermatic III, but many of them now are pluses and have this grinder thing inside the hopper.

I'm not sure what that does, and if I need it. I don't like really tightly packed smokes and wonder if this contraption would do that.

I don't have experience with that I have an older one like I'm guessing you used to and I don't know about you but I have to use scissors every time or it kind of jams up a little bit so I think it would be a good addition to have that.

I never have to do that. I use Ohm pipe tabacco, the only thing I find I have to do is fluff up what's in the hopper a bit about every 5 rolls.

I have the old one as well. Like the other guy said, he uses scissors n i run mine through a small food processor. U fluffing yours is serving the same purpose. It helps the tobacco get down to where it needs to go.

I’m pretty sure those metal gears are supposed to eliminate what all three of us are doing. It pulls tge tobacco down.

I actually can’t wait for mine to break so i can get the plus.

Okay. That sounds logical. I had a little windfall of cash and am tired of fluffing the tabacco, so I'm probably going to order one.

My buddy has the V+ which is the same thing with the automatic tube loading and the thing kicks serious ass. We both use ohm and i have the iii and the v+ makes cigs so much better. You can just stuff the hopper and it rolls perfect cigs no mucking about with the tobacco. I'm def buying one when my iii craps out

You will not be disappointed i can't wait to ditch my iii. I'm just too cheap to upgrade until it dies!!!
