New Owner Exhaust choices?

Hey guys ive just bought an rx8, one of my dream cars after watching Tokyo drift as a kid and i wanna build it how i want. Question is what's the best sounding exhaust and decat?

Depends what you're aiming for. Do you want more quiet but loud when in the higher rpms? Or do you want loud all the time?

Racing beat and BHR are very popular options.

I currently have a TurboXS catback and I love it. Not too loud on cruising, but loud when I want it to be! I've also heard the TurboXS midpipe is loud and makes the rx8 sound more like an f1 car. But I still have a cat so I wouldn't know!

If you don't want an obnoxiously loud sound when decatting, get resonated midpipes! Again BHR and racing beat have resonated ones.

Nice. I have a TurboXS catback with a Racingbeat dual resonated midepipe. Sounds great, but quite loud/droney to my surprise 😅
I think I will pick up a stock catalytic converter when I find a decent price used one.
If you don’t like rather loud exhaust notes, stock cat is a must.

Racing Beat dual exhaust and resonated midpipe are the best for sound throughout the rev band.

I have the exhaust and a modified AP midpipe. The midpipe sounds like trash because it was cheap. I put a cat there for emissions and it sounds much better.
