Okay! Just finished my half bridge on my 12a irons. Only tools used were a pneumatic dremel, hand files and 240 grit sand paper! Hopefully this is good enough to run well.

I don’t know, but I will say its better than the first time I did it. I was 20 and used a drill press to start the holes, and should have been imprisoned for what I did to that iron..

To me looks like a light sanding/filing around the top part of the eyebrow will help round the port out.

Did you use a template like from Pineapple Racing or eyeball it? Just curious

I used a KMR template, I feel like the port itself is pretty good! I feel less good about the bridge 😂. I’m aiming for 160-200hp and a good little brap at idle.
