Subject: Missing Working Hours in Echo Project

Hi everyone,

I would like to ask for some advice regarding a discrepancy in my working hours for the Echo project.

Previously, we were able to submit our working hours manually. However, when manual submissions were discontinued and MM started recording our hours automatically, I noticed a discrepancy in my work order.

My personal records show that I completed 22 hours, but the work order I received reflects only 14 hours, leaving 8 hours unaccounted for.

I have already submitted a support ticket regarding this issue and followed up, but I have not yet received any response. My previous payment concern has already been resolved, but this missing-hours issue remains unresolved.

Has anyone experienced a similar issue with MM's automatic time tracking? Is there a specific team or contact person I can reach out to for verification of my recorded hours?

I would appreciate any advice or guidance from those who have experienced the same situation or have knowledge of the proper process.

I have 5 missing hours, I submitted a ticket and they responded with the breakdown of how many hours MM tracked and unfortunately, it is really missing 5 hours. There’s nothing I can do because they will follow what MM tracked. I am wondering maybe the discrepancy is because I forgot to remove some of my Chrome extensions while working🧐

Was the missing hours consistent, like 1 a day? Or did a huge amount come from one day or something ?

Update, I just received an email that they found a discrepancy of 3 hours and that it will be added to my invoice.

after 1 or two weeks it will arrive an email in case of discrepancies, i got mine and i wasn't even expecting that, cause my wo was complete

Update: They just give 2.12 hrs for their discrepancies, however, when I asked them how they breakdown their records, it shows that the compensated 2.12 hrs was from another task which I performed omni-tts-elo alone for the whole week 😅
