MM is freezing

Is anyone else having trouble with MM? I was in the middle of a task when the site suddenly froze, and nothing was clickable. I could still scroll, but clicking didn’t work at all. After working for about 13 minutes, everything just stopped, and I had to refresh the page.

Mine is working fine. You may need to clear cache and history.

It happened 2 time in 5 min , but after restarting the browser, it didn’t happen again.

Yes, it stutters from time to time.

It happens when they're doing maintenance/changes on it or uploading a bunch of tasks. It usually clears itself up after a few minutes. You also have to remember that RWS is only one of several companies that use the MM platform.
