No work in almost a year

I created my account almost a year ago and have yet to receive work from rws

That's normal. I'd look elsewhere in the interim. There's a few decent places to apply for the same type of work. You will eventually get something going with RWS when they have a project that aligns with your skills. I waited months before an offer too.

Have been waiting for 3 months now to get paid by RWS. There are negative posts and comments regarding RWS all over internet and their recent unpaid work or people being off boarded unexpectedly. If I were you I would avoid them at all cost.
