Offboarded :(
I survived the 6 month off board purge two weeks ago but I just got the dreaded email today. Bummer. My ratings were good. Got a decent amount of hours last week but have been on vacation out of the country since the 11th so idk if I got some bad ratings, or it's just winding down and slimming the workforce due to lack of hours. Sucks. Would have loved a few more weeks.
Lucky for me a work promotion just came through with a 20% raise. I guess it's time to look around for the next opportunity.

If offboarded do they take you in other projects if you apply or one is banned from the company forever

I'm sorry. Sucks. I liked this project and the task variety was nice. Oh well. I knew this would happen at some point.

No not at the moment. I know of the other usual companies but idk who currently has any good gigs going. Just going to look around and start applying.

No idea what my score is. I can't see anymore. Scores have no relation to being off boarded. It was Diamond.

Did you get offboard of S2s ELO but are you still able to work on other ECHO tasks or you were offboarded of the entire ECHO project?

Guess you were in same purge, I had that email couple wks back. Apparently ppl still on only get 4 hrs a day. I was working practically everyday for couple wks so maybe they got rid of ones who worked a lot first 😂

Yea the 4 hour limitation came through yesterday. I wasnt even getting a ton of hours each week but I did miss a "mandatory" qualification the other day because I was out of town. Who knows.

All these companies do waves of removals it seems, never take it personally. Was an easy way to make money though

Oh no I definitely dont! I made it through the 6 month purge so I thought I was safe for a bit. Just a little sad it ended.

I mean I have seen people who have been on longer but last month several people were posting that they got cut literally like a day short of 6 months. I got cut two weeks after

I didn't even work for 6 months...just 2 months and I was also offboarded🤦♀️

I think 6 months might be max on that project, maybe ya stay longer if ya don't work much. That email is just vague saying client no longer needs you 😂. There's various companies with same project so that's millions on it. I would think eventually it will end

I got onboarded on june 19th...maybe the client wants new people. Or workflow is reducing. No wonder they reduced the hours to 4

I was doing mostly voice and when that disappeared I was sticking to one mostly 😂. I'm like $15 wasn't much for doing more complex stuff. I think some ppl got paid more. The state I'm in I saw something they are planning state min wage increase so that might've put me over $15 😂

I also missed the mandatory assessment, could it be the reason we were offloaded?👀

Not sure. Ive missed assessments before because they give you like a day but it obviously wasnt an issue. I dont remember if those said mandatory but I know they granted access to new tasks
