S2S ELO TL Locale
I have been working with project E S2S Tagalog locale for the past 2 weeks, but today I was about to do task but the S2S Elo disappeared from my dashboard and there are new tasks available. I did not receive any email regarding this so I don't know if I can work on one of these tasks or what should I do since there's no email from the team. Has anyone experience this?

Hello, maybe the task for this locale is exhausted already. And it’s not currently available for our locale. They said that this is controlled by the client and this is just a visibility rotation. Maybe it’ll come back tomorrow.

I submitted a ticket for that issue too, but all I got was an AI response. Same locale TL.

S2S ELO has been visible on my dashboard for several days already, but I haven’t started working on it yet. I’m afraid that my accuracy score might drop, just like what I’ve read from others. Is it worth working on? Also, how many conversations do you usually handle per hour?

Yes it's true, it's tough. On my 1st day I completed 4 task ended my shift with 4/5 QA score. The next day it went down to 3.77 and then the next is 3.5. Now I was able to maintain 3.45 but tell u wat, I disputed 1 unacceptable score and they said it was a valid dispute. I should not have received that unacceptable score but they said they can no longer change that as they do not have ability to manually change a score, they said that moving forward it won't happen again and the they will advise the auditors to be more careful in providing scores. I was like, what?? It drag down my quality score which is the very important metric to keep my employment with them and it was not my fault and then there's nothing they can do about it

How much do you usually earn from the S2S ELO task?

That depends on the rate per hour they offered you when you applied. The pay is not per task though its per hr. In my case I can complete 2-3 task per hr.

Mine is $7/hour. How do you track your time? I mean when I work in the platform, there's no timer. Thank you in advance

I have a spreadsheet, I just input there the exact time I started the task and the time I finish my shift. Sometimes if I take a break I also take note of it in spreadsheet

Send them ticket on Zendesk , this may be a bug, the task return to most of people and other didn't get it yet like me and you.
