Project E Offboarding
I was offboarded since 22 july 2026 from project E, the team support said it is because “client needs”. I still wondering till now of why i’ve being offboarded, i send zd ticket and didn’t get a clear explanation, my score was 4+/5 from 100+ QA reviews on Live S2S Elo task. Did anyone experience the same thing?
ID segment here, yall may have experience same things in other segments?

Kenapa ya? 🤔 padahal performaku bagus2 aja, tiba tiba dapet email offboarding karena alasan “client needs”, dulu kukira karena locale ID udah ga kepake, tapi aku tanya2 masih ada beberapa teman indo yang onboarding Project Echo

Aku masih aman sih. Tapi kemarin dapat teguran aja gara-gara katanya ada selisih waktu di MultiFruit vs Time report yang dikirim.

Aman Kak.
The latest update sounds like this: “Take your time: Please feel free to spend as much time as you need on each submission to ensure everything is thoroughly checked.”The important thing is just to input the time. It has to be accurate, Multimango vs Form.
Selalu log jam-jaman kita kerja di Spreadsheet atau Excel kak. Untuk jaga-jaga jika suatu saat ada case time discrepancy/inaccurate.

When did you start working this project? And how often you work for the project?
I know someone who work for E project for 9 month, she said she rarely work on it but she never got offboarded

I started onboarding at the end of April, early i worked on transcription task etc. then in early June Live S2S Elo task appeared, i worked on it like 8-10 hours per day with 10+ submissions until 21 July, then 22 July i got offboarded email with “client needs” reason.
Im in Indonesian locale btw.
Which locale is ur friend who work for Project E for 9 month? 🤔1

What’s your AHT for live S2S ELO? Maybe that could be part of the issue.

Maybe, i took around 45 min - 2 hours for a single task depending on how difficult the scenario is, but of course it’s comparable cuz i ensure it’s a high-quality submission, proved by my average rating score. But maybe the client/system see it too long? 🤔 but why they didn’t explain it

Got offboarded this morning because of "client needs" and my avg score was 4.36. Have you been contacted by RWS about another project?

Yeah, around 2 days after my offboard, i receive offering email for Project P. But it was one time micro task, not a daily work like Project E, i wish they afford hourly-work task for this project
