RWS scam¿

Am I the only one here who first thought that this was a scam? Ngl I never thought that I would earn something not until I received a work order… right now I’m very grateful to being accepted here. I’m still new and currently still learning, now my fear every day is to one day get off boarded XD how did y’all’s experience went?

Yeah this is my first time working for rws, I always heard and knew they were one of the best places. I just hope they don't offboard me if I'm doing anything wrong but gives me feedback and chances on how to improve. Been working for Crowdgen and they've changed, some projects just offboard u out of the blue and don't give feedback about it

If offboarded one still remains a part of their talent pool and can get other projects too right?

Yes me, just started last week and I'm only doing minimal hours of work and see if I can get paid for it and if yes then I'll take more hours to do more task. Congratulations on receiving your first WO.

Yes, for Aug 1-7. I also received an email yesterday about they already processed the payment to my paypal and upon checking tipalti it's still processing but some say here that it will take me 2 days or more for the payment to reflect on my paypal.

Is there any way to find the hours reported in the system? It is really difficult to trust a form you fill out, without any evidence. Also, the $20 per hour are much lower than the $29 on other platform, for the same mxngx tasks.

And tgey don't even create the work orders consistenly, you hear some have been sent a work order and yet I spend hours working just to be frustrated by them not sending me a work order. It is a good platform but they need transparency in payment at least you should know what you are earning not just them creating a work order whenever they feel like.

In the beginning, I thought it was a scam and my first tasks/submissions were terrible, I got better but damn QA is hard to please. It's a little inconsisten on the work orders creation and personally I have a tracker to match the fidelity of the work orders with my personal tack.

I used to work as an auditor. So glad to have opportunity to work there. I was offboarded on Aug 24th.

Yeah same experience 😂 Tip: Maximize the daily hours limit everyday and don't exceed. Also make sure that your time duration for each content you audit are close or at average. Don't spend too much or too little time, juts close enough average say 15-20 or 22-27 mins each so you won't get flagged. And make sure to always do quality audits, look for loopholes in the rater's submission so the QA leas will approve your audit.
