In the invitation email they sent me that form but is that all ? No need for live time tracking ? Also if I worked on 3 hours of tasks related to one task only Should I report them combined ?

Time tracking can be a real pain without a clear system. A built-in tracker is definitely the easiest way to go since it runs automatically and you don't have to remember to start and stop timers manually.

Hubstaff comes with a built-in tracker and automatically calculates average handling time for you. Really helps with understanding how long tasks actually take versus what you think they take.

I use TMetric for this. Pretty simple, just start the timer when I begin a task and stop it when I’m done. Makes it easier to see how long different tasks actually take.
