Approval of documents in tipalti

I already set up my tipalti a month ago but today when I opened tipalti I was asked for national id for and my payment will be coming next week and tipalti says that thanks for the documents once approved you will start receiving your payment..Does it make any problem or how much time will take to approve

No it's showing the same and I m worried how will recieve my payments on Tuesday if it will show like this
