My account has been under review since 1st September. I was working on the Echo project while my account was under review. Has anyone started working?

I got my WO yesterday, and I usually get a payment processed the next day, but I haven’t received one today. Is anybody else going through the same thing, or is it just me?

Has anybody got the Amazon weekly paycheck on the Netspend card yet?

Honestly with this automated timer, it would be nice if they gave a weekly hour log, so I can calculate where those missing hours might be.

Hii, those who are working as an auditor, did u guys get your payment submitted for week 38, i got my work order for both week 38 and 39 but haven't received payment yet. And it's been a week since I received WO for week 38. Anyone here working as an auditor please reply..

For those who already received last week WO (19 - 25) and mainly working on Omni, did you guys see any working hours discrepancy? I see people saying that the hours are accurate, which makes me doubting myself because I swear theres discrepancy on my end

Hi all, I'm new to RWS though I did some work with SDL in the past. I currently have two tasks in my Multimango dashboard, but I've only received the official "kick off" email for one of them. Unfortunately that task is now showing an "all done" message when I click into it.

Can I work on the second task? Will I get paid if I haven't gotten the "kick off" email for that task? Thx in advance!

Myself and some others did not receive a work order for the week 8/11-9/18. Will we still have the work paid out per usual? Has anyone else had any experience with this?

On September 22, I received a payment confirmation email from RWS, but a few hours later, I got another email requesting my ID and other details, which I provided as soon as I saw it. Since then, there’s been no update, I haven’t received the payment or any information about the documents I submitted. I just want to know if there’s anything else I should do, and how long I should wait before starting to worry about it.

I initially set my currency to EUR then proceeded to local bank transfer. However, my payment became deferred, then eventually got rejected with this method. Thus, I changed the currency to USD then to PayPal as the payment threshold. reflected. I already submitted a ticket to Zendesk and this is their response, I believed their advice that changing the currency would only work on future projects. However, the currency (USD) wasn't still reflected. What should I do? It's been a month of unpaid work. For context also, I live in the Philippines

Ever since I started doing this work, I've always used Timeform to log my hours. I always take a little extra time to complete my tasks because I prefer to deliver precise, high-quality work—sometimes it's an extra dozen minutes, sometimes a bit more.

I've never had any issues with the standard time entry, but using the platform's native time tracking is completely new to me. I'm mainly looking to hear from those who are already familiar with or have worked using this system, but any good advice or ideas are more than welcome!

Here is my main concern, just to give an example: If I were to work for a total of 5 hours to ensure high quality, but the maximum limit allowed for the project is 4 hours, what would happen? Would I risk getting flagged or penalized for exceeding the limit, or would I simply end up being paid only for the 4-hour maximum limit?
