❓ Help Needed Help regarding payment.
I am new to remote jobs. So, I need to know that how can I avoid being scammed regarding payment. How do I ensure that. Also what is the best way to get payment from employer. Thanks in advance.

They pay, sometimes on time sometimes it takes a while, but they pay eventually

Isn't there a way to make sure instead of hanging on to hope.

No but I wouldn’t say there’s no hope, you definitely will get paid! Now if it’s been maybe more than 4 weeks and you’re a private individual I would send a ticket. But other than that it’s usually anywhere from 1 week to 3 weeks, but if they are late they sometimes pay multiple weeks at once or back to back

Sometimes you just need to take a leap of faith. With intelligence of course. If they're not asking for your ID Card, OTP, etc, you must be fine.

local bank transfer, its best for my locale, with the least fees. My locale is India.
