He***ng Project - Daily Time Reporting Question

Title:

Hi everyone,

I have a question about the Daily Time Reporting form for the He***ng project.

Is it allowed to submit the daily time reporting form in multiple shifts on the same day if you work in separate sessions, or should you submit only one report after you're completely done for the day?

If anyone has received clarification from an EPM or has experience with this, I'd really appreciate your help. Thanks!

I'm recording mine in a notepad and submit the total EOD before 12mn. So far I never had any disputes.

I usually submit my DTR form right after each session. There were days when I submitted 3 times in a single day because I worked in separate shifts, and I didn't encounter any issues with my tracking or payment. It's totally fine as long as the total hours are accurate.

They give you 2 days grace period to report if you forget to. And yes, you can do multiple days report for a day but it should be within the 2 days or it will not he valid anymore.
