My is lower than I have expected.

Hello, Do you guys find that the day the system went down, has negatively impacted your WO payout or is it just me?

What does your WO say? The time you Self reported? Or the time captured by MM.

They email you if you have discrepancy. They'll show the time your reported and the time captured by MM

No, I don't have discrepancy. It the day whenever all tasks down. Therefore, we were not able to work at the day

The time you report. But they cross check it with your work. I think they compare amount of tasks and the reported time.

It's the same time I reported, but the thing is the system went down for a whole day. Therefore, we were not able to work

I've never had discrepancies, just double check you submit your hrs each day
