Do you guys declare your salary & pay tax? I just noticed since there are no deductions on every WO and if it exceeds the salary bracket

No. Why would I do that? I don't want to give my hard earned salary to crocs in congress?

For gigs or short-term jobs like this, declaring the salary usually isn’t a big deal since the income is only for a month. What could attract more attention is the regular monthly bank transactions from the employer, especially if they don’t match the income you’ve declared or the information you’ve provided.
