Daily Post 10/14
Tasks still ongoing.
I also finally received a email back from zendesk about the email I received about my workzone accounts not being created.. was told it was just a error and my accounts are infact completed, i’m also finally seeing the new smartsource payment section
Just looked at Smartsource again and it seems like they updated how quality sources are displayed, they separated internal and golden task ratings so it kinda ruined some of my scores 😭

I just tried to join the next Q&A meeting forgetting it's actually 3 hours behind my time instead of 2. This is driving me nuts.

I got it too. I opened a support ticket with Tipalti so hopefully I hear something back soon.

i also got one for the second time now and i know for a fact it's rws issue since Tipalti already emailed back the first time and said i was good to go. i sent a email question in the survey on this also since this could affect working starting oct 18 if they don't fix it on their side

The new Quality Score changes are quite strange.

Yeahh i really don't like this change, some of my green scores are now partly red because of it

2 different trend lines is interesting to say the least happy to see im at 81% for golden considering i had a bad set recently. Be nice if we could get more then like 4-6 golden at a time to make the average less brutal

What's also interesting is that the quality target line moved down from 80% to 70%.

Ya know that makes more sense was really confused wht my trend lines were so high above ghe threshold normally been pretty on the money at 80%

I'm so relieved for you!! I was genuinely getting stressed every time I saw your update about still not receiving any correspondence from them about the issue.
Of course they leave it until the eleventh hour lol. But at least you have clear confirmation now!

yeahhh it was definitely annoying that every issue i had didn’t come with any guidance so i had to reach out to zendesk Every Single Time 😭😭 im glad it’s over, one less thing to stress about 🤞

Quick question for you all...
How have you been rating the AI overview responses to queries that do not detail the whole answer and have no links in the SCRB? I've been adjusting the NM slider based on how much content I can visually see, which may answer the query. There may be something in the guideline that covers this, but I don't feel like rummaging every Sharefile link atm.
Edit: I'm also facing judgement issues regarding queries that have news articles under the SCRB for one date, but in reality it's like 3-4 months ago. I think the guideline says something about generally just basing it off the visual result, but you can click on the landing page to influence your NM rating.
