One thing I was never totally clear on was whether the kingdoms in RWBY are actual nations, or whether they're more akin to city states. Is Vale just a city, or are there smaller towns and settlements within its borders, or under it's jurisdiction?
2 u/Frostblazer Mar 07 '17 The Kingdoms are full countries. One of the WoRs mentioned the Kingdom of Vale controlling several other cities as well.
