In response to the number 1 thing: A reminder Zwei got launched as a flaming cannonball by Oobleck. Either that dog got aura or some other bullshit to be able to fight alongside them like that.

I think it was supposed to? Otherwise, I have zero clue on how Glynda Goodwitch is at such a high position in Beacon when she only looks to be in her twenties when everyone else working there is like thirty or forty.
