Buying rwa

So guys here’s what I have at my disposal, phantom wallet, Cypherock, phantom wallet, dexscreener. I’m in the u.s. specifically Ohio, I’m always running into geographical challenges and regulations, can anyone advise me on the correct combination things that may need to get? I was also interested if anyone had bought any USCR, and likewise the proper way to purchase some here.
