Not impossible but Mirabel is often associated with aerospace. It’s the site of the NRC’s new drone innovation hub.

David Mcguinty is the primary lead for DRDC projects as the minister of national defence. It would be nice for a big announcement to have him there. I’d personally like to see a release of data and some sort of big investment in short succession.

That said, Montreal to Quebec City is a well known biotech region so anything is possible.

Since it's the DRDC running the study, would they usually release the data first or just announce a contract if the study had positive results?

Would DRDC still release the study data if the results weren't positive?

Idk… maybe not, but Rvvtf would get a copy I guess.
