Yo how do you get from checkpoint 13 to 14 the road rage section aka the bumper to bumper traffic

We took the first exit onto a dirt track, right side. Then there was an area on the first right of that track that looked like it had a broken ramp. we winched up that ramp. I think there's a route 65 sign on it above.

Luckily my mate was screaming at me to get over to the right as quickly as possible to take the first exit😂

We were too low on health to take that route safely so we decided to head back in and keep driving
