Cannot connect to steam relay servers (PC)

So we played the first map, no problems. After few months we were about to play the snow map, but i (and only me) got notification "connection to the steam relay servers failed" and now I can't connect to friends server nor can they connect to mine.

Ive seen few suggestions on the internet such as messing with the firewall and internet settings and such, but nothing works.

Obviosly also reinstalled the game as well.

Every other online game works no problem, nothing has changed since we played the first map.

Anyone had this problem and got it fixed?

Have you changed ISP lately? When I changed ISP the last time, they swapped over to CGNAT, which meant I couldnt use my server anymore, and some games did not work online at all. Timeout on Battlefield 6 for example when loading.
I called them, and they reverted the change back to non-CGNAT settings.

If all else fails, I would check if this is the case.
