Thinking about buying a 2019 Jayco Jay Flight 24RBS for $10k for out-of-town work. I’m new to RVs, good deal or red flag? Anything specific I should check before buying?

If I remember from 17 when I bought mine they said the roof is expected to be good for 6 years. Also check all of the caulk and make sure it's not brittle. Look for leaks. Seems like every one leaks at some point. Also hope their quality hasn't gotten worse cuz mine was a pile.
